The Vidyalaya has developed its glorious position among other KVs. This is all because of our academic achievements and achievements in all other fields of activities. We aim not only at the academic excellence but to see that a child grows with all round developed personality and turns into a disciplined citizen of India.
The Vidyalaya has a big play ground. Games like volleyball, handball, kho kho, cricket, football; table tennis, etc. are played regularly by the students. Here.
Beautiful lawns have been developed & many planters have been displayed near the entrance. We are also planning to develop a primary children park.
Different drives are taken on weekly basis to teach values, promote love to nature, nation and humanity, develope behavioral skills and scientific aptitude and thereby to develop balanced personality.
There is a House - system wherein the students are provided full opportunity to develop their skills and leadership qualities. The Inter House competition comprises - debate, rangoli, folk dance quiz contest, drawing, painting, essay writing, patriotic song etc.
Thus, the Vidyalaya in total has a complete set up to promote sound physical, intellectual and socio-emotional development of its students.
With the mission in mind, the vidyalaya has laid stress on academic as well as non-academic activities. Besides setting a very good result in the board examination, we boast of good outputs in co-curricular activities and sports.
